1. Copyright and Trademark Rights

            The WebPage "CURSO DE FÍSICA-4" is owned by Virtual-Physics Laboratory (Kleber Carlos Mundim), its suppliers, and its structure organization. The WebPage is also protected by Brazilian Copyright Law and International Treaty provisions. You must treat the CURSO DE FÍSICA-4 just as you would any other copyrighted material, such as a book. Virtual-Physics grants to you a nonexclusive, royalty-free right to make and use an unlimited number of copies of the software product. Any copies that you are permitted to make pursuant to this Agreement must contain the same copyright and other proprietary notices that appear on or in the Software. You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the WebPage containts. Trademarks shall be used in accordance with accepted trademark practice, including identification of trademark owner's name. Trademarks can only be used to identify printed output produced by the WebPage. Such use of any trademark does not give you any rights of ownership in that trademark. Except as stated above, this Agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights in the Software.

            Title and copyrights to this CURSO DE FÍSICA-4 and accompanying materials and any copies made by you remain with Virtual-Physics. Unauthorized copying of the Software or Documentation, or failure to comply with the above restrictions will result in automatic termination of this license. Unauthorized duplication of the Software constitutes copyright infringement and in the Brazil is punishable in a federal criminal action.

2. Transfer

            You may not rent, lease, sublicense or lend the Software or Documentation. You may, however, transfer all your rights to use the Software to another person or legal entity provided that you transfer this Agreement, the Software, including all copies, updates and prior versions, and all Documentation to such person or entity and that you retain no copies, including copies stored on a computer.

3. Brazilian Government Restricted Rights

            The CURSO DE FÍSICA-4, with register number 169.766 at the Biblioteca Nacional, Ministério da Cultura (Brazil), is provided with RESTRICTED RIGHTS.
